We want you to be thrilled with your experience at Twist & Tumbler, and every item you receive from us. But we understand that there are instances you may want to return an item.
We'll always do our best to help our customers and handle each and every returns case fairly and reasonably.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Support Team within 60 days of receiving the item for exchange or a refund. If 60 days have gone by, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
We offer free delivery for your returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Ship From address. Always contact us first before returning an item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item meets the returns conditions described above, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, faulty and incorrect items
If your item has arrived damaged, faulty or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We will make it right.
Please do not return a damaged item without contacting us first.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
